Directions:

When instructed, run the applicable file (or download and run, depending on your environment) to generate a numerical code and password.
When your Smith Kesler support representative requests, provide him or her with the code and then the password.

To end the remote support session, simply close the application that is running on your desktop. This disconnects the support representative and returns your computer back to your own control.
